2. Tak tidur siang/petang. Kalau tidur pun, paling lama is 30 mins.
3. Sekali tidur malam memang straight 6-8 jam.
4. Tidur mati. Tak sewenang-wenangnya bangun dek bunyi2 kecil mahupun alarm yg luar biasa.
That is my sleeping habit. Ok, slash that is. That was my sleeping habit.
My sleeping cycle is messed up now. I blame the weather. Tahun lepas tak merasa summer lama sgt dekat Jordan tak sempat nak bagi impak sedikit pun dekat waktu tidur aku. Tahun ni hmmm

I can sleep up to 2 to 3 hours after zuhur prayer. Tidur mati punya. (Waking up to a massive headache of course)
While at night, I can only sleep for 2 hrs. Despite evry method I've tried to put myself to bed, I just cant sleep. I spent hours on bed reading novels, lecture notes (who on earth doesnt fall asleep right after seeing lecture notes ?! But still that doesnt much of a help, I still cant sleep). And even if I fall asleep, I can wake up to sounds or even wake up to nothing. Then, I've to spend like another half an hour to successfully get myself to sleep again.
Pastu I'll wake up for sahur and fajr prayer. Easily. Selama ni kalau tak cukup 6 jam susah gila nak bangun for subuh. Then, I'll spend another 2 to 3 hours of sleep before my first class in the morning starts.
Ini bukan sleeping cycle dah ni. Its like having your 7 hours of quality sleep divided. And ihave no idea why the hell this is happening to me.
And this is really bothering me. Seriously.
Yup,summer sangatlahhhhhh penat.mmg sgt terganggu waktu tidur,sahur subuh awal.siang panjang,malam pendek.lepas tarawikh je ada lagi few hours je before sahur.
