THURSDAY
i went out to klcc with hazirah, dye blanje makan *dye kan da employed ;)
borak punye borak ta ingat dunia, keluar r statement yg make me melongo :O
hazirah : jannah tekad kot nk kurus, dye jog naek ats bkt antrbangsa
alia : dye kan keje? gilaa larat owh. bknnye gemuk pon.
then i started to question myself. AKU?
*hanya mampu geleng kecewa

FRIDAY
i woke up this morning in such a pretty harsh way
thanks to my ringtone =___=' n thanks for calling
kul 12 da time tuh, seb bek kaw call, aku mmg nk follow full house :D
tetibe rase cam, okayy bile nk start mission nih?
esp, bile dgr from hazirah smlm

xkn r hari2, nk buat mende yg same en  *a month da pass da pon
same ade, kua ataupon, lyn tv, pdhl jannah pon employed, tp boleyh je jog



AKU? sampai bilee nk geleng kecewa?
lgpon, aku rase cam da jnji ngan diri sndri utk make sure yg all the muffins ni mengecut
so after taking a shower, aku pon search onlinee :DD
banyak simple way nk kuruskan badan ni,
nk dgr?

ini yg all the time boleyh bwat, n aku pon rase mampu kot
# minum air lapan gelas sehari.
   ini xyah explain lebar2 pon korunk faham en? so hr ni da bape gls? * br 3 je kott =___='

# no more margerine or butter or cheese.
kalaw hari2 dok wat cheeseburger ramly 2 mane ta naik aku
 
# take breakfast.
based on kajian amende ntah, org yg amek breakfast ni tend to lose weight easily kot. tp jgn  r amek breakfast banjo ke roti margerine ke. logik sket okayh :)

# bnykkn mkn buah n syr n amek buah n water esp b4 mkn
sbb dye akn wat perut kite rase full so kite cume akn mkn nasi or meal with small quantity

# avoid bicarbonate drink
cause there is to much sugar in it. so alia, no more coke or pepsi or whatsoever, just mineral water okayy :)

# minum air limau or orange.
contain amende ntah yg good for our body n digestion *lemon tea counted ta? aku minum lemon tea hari2 kot =__='

# use small plate when taking meal
sbb dye akn nmpk mcm bnyk. so our brain akn interpret yg kite da mkn more than enough, tp body kite terima cukup2 je selaras dgn ape yg ptt kite amek :)

# jgn mkn snacks or whatever dpn tv
sbb kite akn mkn tanpa pndg dish n hadap je tv without noticing yg kite da take more than enough. perut da full tp otak ta kenyang

# lps mkn, jln dgn slow or nek tangga dgn slow.
wat senaman ringan je ckp, every steps taken equal to 1 calory burnt. best kan? :D

# kayuh basikal dgn slow.
its good for your hips. nnt pinggul nmpk cantik cam artis korea tu. haha

# jog around taman rumah
*as for me, nek bkt antrbngsa is a good idea :)

lagi, internet kate, jgn focus nk kurus, tp focus utk health :D
lagi, timbang berat bdn once a week br rase cam berbaloi ape yg kite buat

SO
MY MISSION : LOSE 1-2 KG A WEEK
MY VISSION : FOR HEALTH :)

tgh hari tuh, pegy la jmpe dentist, i chose red
lps 2 text papa. 'pa, aya da sttle da, papa blanje aya kasut jog boleyh ta :)'
papa n mama pon smpai tp mama yg blnje beli kasut jog
*cehh, kene la beli yg baru, then only smgt sket nk jog :DD

SATURDAY
tepat jam 11 pagi kot, after taking breakfast n all
aya pon start jogging naek bkt antrbgsa n tembus blk ukay perdana smpai rumah :)
*actually, bkn jogging pon, just taking a walk
tp 2 pon ckp perit dowh =___=' lencun baju aku


aya started a stopwatch using my sony e handphone, so time taken for the journey is
01:03:22
lameeee kan? so kalaw aya keluar dlm 3-4 days a week so, ade la lg 3-4 days a week yg aya free for jogging
so boleyh la kot, spend an hour for extra excercise :)

so ive got my wake up call. when is yours?

    pai kite geng, ayah aq n mak aq tinggal kan aq gak sbb asyik tdo lpas subuh....
    tapi tips ko, aq suka....AQ AKAN AMALKAN!

    tapi klu minum air byk2, gemuk air lak cmne??

  4. jogging je la sorunk2. aku jog je sorunk2.
    kalaw da asyek kene tggl, xkn nk redha je kot. haha
    bdn kite mmg perlukan air 8 gelas/sehari. so xkn jadi gemuk air.
    lg satu, kite excercise utk pecahkn lemak bkn air, sbb kalaw air yg pecah, nnt berat bdn akn still naik ta lame lps 2. so cam sia2 la.
